Privacy Policy

Overview

bld402 is a static website with no user accounts, no server-side data processing, and no cookies. We use lightweight analytics for marketing measurement (see below). When you visit bld402.com, you are reading static HTML pages served from a CDN.

Data We Collect

bld402 uses Google Analytics (GA4) for aggregate marketing analysis — page views, traffic sources, and general usage patterns. We also store advertising attribution parameters (such as gclid and UTM tags) in your browser's local storage to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. This data is anonymous and is not linked to any personal identity.

bld402 does not collect names, email addresses, or account information. There are no user accounts, no login, and no server-side storage of visitor data.

Infrastructure and Hosting

Apps built through bld402 run on run402 infrastructure. Any data you create in your apps — database records, uploaded files, user accounts — is stored and processed by run402 and governed by run402's privacy policy. bld402 does not have access to this data.

bld402.com itself is hosted using standard web hosting services. These services may collect standard server access logs (IP address, request timestamp, page requested) as part of normal operations. bld402 does not access, review, or use these logs.

AI Agent Interactions

During the build process, your AI agent may store project information (such as API credentials and your app description) in its own memory. This data is managed entirely by your AI agent's platform under its own privacy policy. bld402 does not transmit data to, receive data from, or otherwise interact with your AI agent's platform.

Third-Party Services

bld402 relies on run402 for backend infrastructure (databases, APIs, hosting) provided to apps built through the bld402 workflow. run402 may use sub-processors and third-party services to deliver its infrastructure. Details are available in run402's privacy policy and sub-processor documentation.

bld402 uses Google Analytics (GA4) for aggregate marketing analysis. Google may collect standard web request data (IP address, browser type) as part of analytics processing. See Google's privacy policy for details.

bld402 uses Google Fonts for typography. Google may collect standard web request data (IP address) when fonts are loaded.

Children's Privacy

bld402 is not directed at children under 13. Because bld402 collects no data, there is no risk of collecting children's personal information. However, apps built through bld402 and hosted on run402 are the responsibility of their creators with respect to age-appropriate content and data collection.

International Data Transfers

Analytics data collected by Google Analytics may be processed outside your country of residence in accordance with Google's privacy policy. For data stored by apps built through bld402, run402's privacy policy governs applicable data transfer mechanisms.

Your Rights

bld402 does not store personal data on its servers. Analytics data is managed by Google under its own privacy controls. You can clear attribution data stored in your browser's local storage at any time via your browser settings. If you have questions about data stored by an app built through bld402, refer to run402's privacy policy for data subject rights.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of bld402 after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
