bld402 is a free service that provides structured workflows, code templates, and documentation to help AI agents build and deploy web applications on run402 infrastructure. bld402 itself is a static website — it does not execute code, process data, or provide hosting.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using bld402, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Use of apps built through bld402 is additionally governed by run402's terms of service.

3. Cost

bld402 is provided free of charge. There are no fees, subscriptions, or hidden costs for using bld402 itself. Infrastructure costs for apps you build (database, hosting, storage) are handled by run402 under its own pricing. bld402 does not add any markup or intermediary fees.

4. Your Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the applications you build through bld402. The code generated by your AI agent using bld402's templates and workflows belongs to you. bld402 does not claim any ownership of, or license to, your content, code, or data.

bld402's templates are provided under a permissive license. You may use, modify, and distribute any template code in your own projects without restriction or attribution.

5. AI-Generated Code

Applications built through bld402 are generated by third-party AI agents, not by bld402. bld402 provides templates and instructions; the AI agent assembles and customizes the final code. You acknowledge that:

• bld402 does not review, audit, or verify the code your AI agent produces.
• Generated code may contain bugs, security vulnerabilities, or errors.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any application before use — particularly before handling sensitive data or deploying to production.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use bld402 to build applications that:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of third parties
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
• Collect personal data without appropriate consent or legal basis
• Attempt to circumvent run402's security measures, rate limits, or access controls

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

bld402 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Templates or workflows will produce correct, complete, or secure applications
• The service will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bld402 and its operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to bld402 for the service (which is zero).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless bld402 and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. run402 Terms

Apps built through bld402 run on run402 infrastructure. Your use of run402 services is governed by run402's terms of service, which you accept when you deploy an application. In the event of a conflict between these terms and run402's terms regarding infrastructure usage, run402's terms prevail.

11. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue bld402, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of bld402 after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
